A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ORGANIZAÇÃO DE EVENTOS CIENTÍFICOS POR REPRESENTANTES DISCENTES: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA

Resumo

Eventos científicos fazem parte da vida cotidiana de discentes em todos os níveis acadêmicos. Somos frequentemente envolvidos em seminários, palestras, congressos e etc. Assim, organizar um evento acadêmico imputa em diversas benesses à formação discentes. Pretende-se com este artigo apresentar a experiência em organizar o maior seminário on-line de Estudos Linguístico e Literário da história do Programa de Pós-graduação em Letras, da UNIFESP, o SELL 2022. Para a coleta de dados, foram utilizados formulários enviados aos participantes. Como resultados, apresentaremos as informações obtidas em relação às apresentações, alcance e satisfação dos participantes por meio dos dados coletados. Assim, ao final desse relato, os resultados alcançados poderão compartilhados de forma a contribuir para futuras organizações de eventos acadêmicos realizados por discentes de variadas universidades.

ABSTRACT

Scientific events are part of everyday life for students at all academic levels. We are often involved in seminars, lectures, congresses, etc. Thus, organizing an academic event imputes several benefits to student training. The aim of this article is to present the experience of organizing the largest online seminar on Linguistic and Literary Studies in the history of the Graduate Program in Letters at UNIFESP, SELL 2022. For data collection, forms were used. sent to participants. As a result, we will present the information obtained in relation to the presentations, reach and satisfaction of the participants through the collected data. Thus, at the end of this report, the results achieved can be shared in order to contribute to future organizations of academic events held by students from various universities.
